1. Read the Legal Notice and License Agreement below.
2. Click the ACCEPT button at the end of the License Agreement.
3. Process payment (you will be taken to the shopping cart
   after you have accepted the License Agreement in step 2).
4. Use the link provided after you have processed payment
   to download the logo files.

After payment has been processed for the Business Advertising License, you will be provided a link to download a zipped file containing the logo in several formats:

For print use (white background, screened/gradient (3.5" x 5") CMYK @ 300 dpi

• .pdf file
• .jpg file

For web use (no screen/gradient (3.5" x 5") RGB @ 72 dpi

• .gif (transparent background)
• .jpg (white background)

You must read and accept the following terms and conditions related to usage of any “Believe in Nebraska, Buy in Nebraska” logos (“LOGOS”) prior to usage.

Once you have read and accepted these terms and conditions, you can proceed and acknowledge your acceptance by clicking the ACCEPT button below. 

ATTENTION: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PROCEED WITH USING ANY OF THE “BELIEVE IN NEBRASKA, BUY IN NEBRASKA” LOGOS.

END-USER LOGO LICENSE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LEGAL NOTICE: By clicking on the “Accept” button at the bottom of this window, you indicate that you have read and agreed to all the terms of this Agreement and that you are consenting to be bound by and are becoming a party to this agreement. SchillingBridge is willing to license the “BELIEVE IN NEBRASKA, BUY IN NEBRASKA” LOGOS to you only upon the conditions that you agree to all the terms contained in this agreement.  If you do not agree to all of the terms of this agreement, click the “Cancel” button and do not download, install or use the “BELIEVE IN NEBRASKA, BUY IN NEBRASKA” Logos.

The following agreement is a legal agreement between you, (The End-User, either an individual or entity), and SchillingBridge Winery & Microbrewery (“SCHILLINGBRIDGE”).

This LOGO is licensed by SCHILLINGBRIDGE to you for use only under the terms set forth herein.

GRANT OF LICENSE:  In exchange for a one-time payment of $25.00 U.S. dollars, [SchillingBridge] grants to user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the LOGO solely for advertising (not RESALE) of user's goods and services and as an acknowledgement that your business entity is a participant in the “BELIEVE IN NEBRASKA, BUY IN NEBRASKA” Awareness campaign. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by SCHILLINGBRIDGE.

COPYRIGHT: The Logos (All file formats) are owned by SCHILLINGBRIDGE, and are protected by United States copyright laws.  You acknowledge that no title to any intellectual property in this logo is transferred to you.

LIMITATIONS:  Except as otherwise explicitly permitted in this Agreement, you may not: (a) modify the LOGO or create derivative works of the LOGO; (b) decompile or disassemble the LOGO; (c) copy; or (d) remove or alter any trademark, copyright, or other proprietary notices on the LOGO.  You may NOT transfer the LOGO or any of your rights to the LOGO under this Agreement to another person or entity. You are prohibited from using this logo to advertise or promote sexually explicit or illegal products, services, and/or activities.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:  The LOGO is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.  SCHILLINGBRIDGE does not warrant that the LOGO will meet your requirements. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the LOGO is with you.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT WILL SCHILLINGBRIDGE WINERY & MICROBREWERY BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE LOGO.

TERM:  This Agreement is effective until terminated.  This Agreement will terminate, and the license granted to you by this Agreement will be revoked, immediately, without any notice from SCHILLINGBRIDGE, if you fail to comply with any provisions of this Agreement.  Upon termination, you must destroy the logo.

GOVERNING LAW:  The validity, performance and construction of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
